Student Books

Familiarize students with the ELPA21 and state tests based on the ELPA21:

• Writing, speaking, listening, and reading lessons reinforce language skills.
• Exposure to the item types of the ELPA21 language domains builds test-day confidence.
• Lessons strengthen the English Language Proficiency (ELP) Standards. Pick and choose lessons as needed.

Why printed books?

Technology isn’t readily available in every school and home. We’ve developed ELPA21 practice tests in a printed format to address this challenge, giving all students the chance for practice anytime, anywhere.

Annotated Teacher’s Editions

Resources include page-by-page teaching directions; annotated student book pages with answers, correlations to domain, modality, ELP standard (ELPA21 standard), and ALD (Achievement Level Descriptor); extension activities; language domain learning activities; scoring rubrics for writing with sample responses and speaking; and audio directions.
