  • Thank you for your eBook purchase! You will be asked to complete eBook distribution information down to the school level. These details will allow us to set up your eBook account framework quickly and accurately.

    The administrator you add below will be our point of contact for your eBook account and will receive a copy of your completed form, as well as communications about set-up and other account topics. Please forward the information to your internal staff as needed.

  • NOTE: Single sign-on (SSO) is available for eBook orders of 50+ licenses, and a $500 integration fee may apply for third party support. Requests to access Continental eBooks via a single sign-on portal must be initiated at time of original account set up. Switching to or from SSO AFTER original account set up will cause the following:
    • – all user data will be deleted
    • – a new set-up form will need to be completed
    • – new licenses will need to be purchased to replace previously assigned/used licenses.
